Learning Tai Chi and Qigong (Sometimes called Chi Gung) via the Membership Site, allows you to learn from a wide number of courses that cover many of the arts different aspects.
Is it 'easy'? Well, no, but nothing worthwhile ever is. However, it is something that YOU can do. With our guidance and the ability to learn at your own pace, Tai Chi skill and its benefits can be YOURS.
The Agar-Hutton Tai Chi Academy has been running real-world classes for over 30 years and now the Chief Instructor, Robert Agar-Hutton, has created courses (each Tai Chi or Qigong course containing between 1 and 20 separate lessons) all of which are included in the site. Whilst the process of taking his 40+ years of Tai Chi experience and putting it into pre-recorded Tai Chi lessons was a challenge, it was (and is) a most interesting one. You can now benefit by accessing this training, delivered to you in a structured manner to facilitate learning - each month you will be able to access new courses and lessons so that you can progress from a complete beginner to an advanced student.
